I designed awards for the girls on my daughter's basketball team. I didn't make ones for MVP or anything like that. Instead, I made the awards based on their personalities and unique contributions to the team that season. I handed them out at the end of the season, as a keepsake to inspire them in the offseason. The girls and parents loved them. I also created a graphic for the end-of-season team banquet.
The Flames moniker was based on us being one of the fastest teams in the league. The Hurricanes moniker was based on our approach on offense: attack in all different ways from all different directions.
